The HLB design Fact Plus system addressed the user control issues by creating non-slip, ergonomic gripping point that optimized the user’s control and access to the urine stream. Both a tool and an interface, the product needed to be easily read. By reducing the components to a grip handle, a readout and absorbency pad, the user can quickly grasp the procedure during a stressful time.
Our end user research driven process produced a patented “in stream” testing unit with sales exceeding initial forecasts.
